Atletico Madrid defender Sime Vrsaljko is on the verge of joining Seria a giants Inter Milan on a loan deal with an option to buy permanently.
Inter are very busy in the transfer market this summer, after qualifying for the UEFA Champions League, as they have already signed players like Radja Nainggolan, Lautaro Martinez, Stefan De Vrij, Khadwo Asamoah and Matteo Politano.
The next name in this list will be right-back Sime Vrsaljko, who had a fantastic World Cup with finalists Croatia.
According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, the 26-year-old will head to San Siro on an initial one-year loan deal, with the Nerazzurri having the option to sign him outright next summer.
The Milan club will pay a fee of €8 ml for the loan part of the deal, with a further €18 ml due if they opt to make the transfer permanent.
Vrsaljko is not new to Seria a, as he previously played for Sassuolo before moving to Spain with Atletico Madrid.
